We charge $5.00 flat rate for shipping with New Zealand, this includes rural addresses YAY! Shipping is free for orders $75.00 and over.
For our Australian friends we offer flat rate postage of $13.00 with free shipping over $99.00. This has partial tracking, please allow up to two weeks for delivery.
We now ship to Canada, USA and United Kingdom for a flat rate of $20 NZD. This has partial tracking, please allow up to two weeks for delivery. Please note that once your parcel has left New Zealand we have very little control of the time postage will take.
We aim to ship your order the next day, however please allow up to three days especially over busy periods such as Christmas. We do not ship on weekends or public holidays so any orders placed over this time will be shipped the next working day.
We use Courier Post via an integrated system of Parcel Port to ship your items. The location of our business is at a rural address, therefore our pickups are done each day by a rural delivery driver which only comes once per day and at differing times depending on the day of the week. Therefore the time you place your order may effect whether I can get it to the Postie the next day! Please allow at least three to four days to receive your order, this may be longer if you live at a rural address or at the other end of the country.
You should receive a tracking number via email that you can follow once sent. Please be aware that this can sometimes take some time to integrate into the system once the rural Postie has picked it up. Sometimes there can be delays with Couriers due to traffic hold ups or a large amount of parcels over Christmas periods which is out of our hands however if you have any concerns regarding your tracking or the delivery of your package please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and I will try my best to help you out.
Please ensure you have given us your correct postal address, we accept no responsibility for parcels delivered to the wrong location due to postal address being entered incorrectly. Should your package be returned to us due to incorrect address, we will have to recharge postage costs.
We cannot be held responsible for your package once it has been marked as delivered by the courier company.
