      Can I change my order before it is sent?
      Provided we haven't shipped your order yet, we may be able to change it. Please email us at hello@colourandsmash.co.nz with your order number and changes you require. We will do our best to make those changes. However if your order has been shipped then unfortunately we wont be able to change it.
      How will my jewellery wear?
      Your jewellery should last you a long time provided it is stored and cared for with love. Each designer we stock uses their own preferred findings which are made from surgical steel and are hypoallergenic. You may notice wear on ear hooks where jewellery is coming into contact with your lobes and natural body oils, this more likely with gold coverings, and will not affect hypoallergenic nature of the finding. If you have any concerns feel free to contact us.
      When will I get my order?
      We aim to ship orders the next working day, however please allow 3 working days after we receive your order, particularly over busy periods such as Christmas. Please note we do not post on weekends or public holidays. Orders placed on Friday will be processed on the following  Monday or Tuesday. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped, please check this to follow the status of your delivery. Please allow 3-5 business days to receive your order, for rural delivery please allow an extra 2-3 business days. Please refer to our shipping page for more information. 
      Can I exchange my earrings?
      Due to hygiene reasons we do not offer exchanges so please choose carefully and consider the sizing and description before purchasing. I aim to give great customer service so if you are unhappy for any reason, please feel free to contact and I will do my best to sort it out! We do our best to show earrings as realistic as possible to their true colour, however differences in screens and monitors may display these differently. 
      Faulty/Damaged Goods
      If your order arrives faulty or damaged please email within three days of receiving your goods, please tell us your order number and we will do our best to rectify the problem either buy issuing a replacement or a refund.
